My 5 star review is for both NIA & NEASY at the Boca Rio location in Boca Raton, FL. They are both professional and supportive. It is not always easy to have everything you hold dear to you in storage due to home unexpected home renovations. The expense of other living arrangements alone is stressful not to mention that your family photos and everything you can imagine is in a storage unit. I appreciate beyond mention the kindness & consideration from both of these employees at this location. I truly wish that other employees throughout Public Storage would learn the same considerate human contact. I have dealt with several employees in the past that should take a moment and reconsider their treatment of customers. Again, I hope that Public Storage strongly considers advancement and support of these two employees as they have shown over and over their support for Public Storage with their care of your customers. Thank you NIA & NEASY!

This place is great! When we first arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Nia. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Since this was the first time I was renting a storage unit, I had a lot of questions and Nia was very patient and understanding, exlplaining everything I needed to know, with a smile. Thank you Nia!!

Facility was clean and neat. Staff was helpful and courteous.
