Outstanding Service from Scott and Savannah! We had an excellent experience at this CubeSmart location thanks to Scott and Savannah. They were both incredibly helpful, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. Even though we arrived a little late due to the rain and traffic they waited for us and stayed after office hours to make sure my mom was fully checked in and comfortable using her new storage unit. Scott went above and beyond, personally helping with the access code and making sure everything worked perfectly before he left. Their professionalism and genuine care made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find customer service like this these days. We truly appreciate their dedication.

I have been using Cubesmart at Boynton Beach, Fl 33426 location for five (5) years. Scott has been working there consistently and knows all customers too by name. He is kind, gracious and very knowledgeable about space sizes (wish I knew him before I rented a space larger than needed.) Climate controlled units. I recommend over Public Storage anytime.
