These two women were absolutely God sent. I seen the 5 x 5 unit with the president’s day special of $16 a month plus insurance waived for the first 30 days…. I couldn’t believe it again God sent the pricing couldn’t have been better…. However, I ran into a bunch of hurdles along the way to you guys and the unit. Had to junk my car my belongings were all in it dealt with multiple tow trucks that played games and stood me up….i made the reservation for one day only to cont. have to call Missy and Chrissy your Whom not only charged my date repeatedly never showing me any annoyance or treating me like I was an issue. In fact they called me personally from the office for friendly updates again never showing any sort of indifference, annoyance, or attitude which trust me is EXTREMELY RARE now a days. They treated me with understanding and down to earth genuine real customer care at a time I needed it most…. Thank you for caring and all your in destroying ways Missy and Chrissy

I flew from Australia to clean my storage out and my storage area is now a kiosk with no employees to assist. Well I was calling the 800 number to no avail to get information on my move out. Then finally I reached Tyler. A real person! Tyler helped me so much! Very informative and professional. I really appreciate his assistance. Thank you Tyler!!!

Today I visited your store located on 66th St. my previous unit was a bit too large and after being told that my payment was going to remain the same I received an increase of about $40-$50. On the two occasions that I encountered Chrissy, I am very pleased and impressed with the service she provided me. Chrissy made my transition from one unit to another very seamless.
