Public Storage - Davie - 2001 SW 70th Ave

I had two units here, one for a year. It got rats for a short period of time and they ate up some of my furniture. The insurance they make you buy covers it, but the max is $250. My damage was several pieces and the sofa alone cost me $550. Find a storage place that has indoor types if you can afford it. Who knows if the unit next to you attracted rats or the whole place has them. But they addresed it. The manager Sara is a really nice person and was very helpful. She hooked me up with a second unit short term for when I transitioned from the apt to the new house. My review would be worse if it wasn't for her. Great service. All nice people there.

Sara has excellent customer service. I stored for many years and Sara has been consistent and her customer service and personality is one if a kind. Thank you Sara for all that you have done.

EXCEPTIONAL My experience with Public Storage has been simply amazing over the last few years. My belief is the reason for my great experience can be directly attributed to Sarah, local manager. Her drive and attention to detail on every matter at the facility truly shows. The customer service she provides is unmatched, I would not hesitate to recommend this Public Storage unit to anyone. Do yourself a favor, give them a try. Simply put. An Exceptional experience.
