Betsy was AWESOME. We have been to a few different places, looking for a storage unit as future son-in-law lives in my daughter. By far, she was the most helpful and pleasant to deal with! Considering it was New Year’s Eve and who wants to be at work… She was incredible. Very personable! Showed, the kids multiple units so they had a real understanding of what they were getting, And how easy it would be to trade up later. Most appreciative of her service.

I want to highlight Betsy, the store manager. She’s outstanding—professional, helpful, and truly cares about customers. If the decision were up to her, I would stay without hesitation. Unfortunately, I’m leaving because of company policies. After over 10 years as a customer (at one point renting two units), the frequent rent increases—almost every three months—have become unsustainable. The prices are now so high that moving to a warehouse actually costs me less. It’s a shame, because the on-site service is great, but Public Storage has become too greedy. Thank you, Betsy.
