Zach, the employee was very rude and condescending He really needs a lesson on how to communicate with the customers. We also had to drive back-and-forth three times for a unit that we had scheduled to get for that day and it was locked up. When we said to him that we had to drive back-and-forth three times and no one was here. His response was well. I’m here now. No apologies. No anything just sarcasm. We have been customers for over three years and I can tell you that we can’t wait until we’re no longer customers of this location.

We had a 5x7 unit during our time here and it was awesome because of the little nook in the corner. It allowed me to store a king size mattress and leave me a sizeable area to store our thing. Only reason we left is because we got a house and had extra space! I would recommend this location to anyone looking. Rates match the area and the easy access and location is nice as there are never more than 1 or 2 people in all my trips to the unit.
