Diane demonstrated years of experience and expertise by addressing questions we may have had before and without us asking them. We departed with confidence in accessing the space and the available resources for moving our belongings.

I t has been a good experience except for the fact that I had a 26 foot moving van and the corners are VERY TIGHT and they also allow motor homes and boats to park around the edges which makes navigating a moving van VERY DIFFICULT. I ended up hitting one of corner posts because of the very tight turn to get to my unit. Fortunately, I had purchased insurance on the truck where I had rented it, so it didn't cost me anything and I did not damage anything on the storage site. The office manager was very nice and helpful. I would gladly rent there again, but next time I will not rent such a long truck.
