Very satisfied with staff and storage area for the price $. Mostly dealt with Mrs. Melinda. Great Personality and very helpful to all customers. She's a dedicated worker. After renting a standard unit for six months, It was necessary to move my belongings into a climate-controlled space. Melinda handled my request with exceptional professionalism and made the entire process incredibly smooth and easy. She was knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. To help with the move between units, Melinda offered the use of the facility's available moving equipment, which made transporting my items significantly easier. She ensured the transition was seamless, clearly explained the simple procedure, and made sure all my needs were met without any hassle. Her helpful and friendly demeanor made this a wonderful customer service experience. I highly recommend this location, and truly appreciate Melinda's fantastic assistance!
