Similar to how a hotel changes its pricing based on available rooms and peak vs off season. During the quieter Summer months, hotels and storage facilities often offer incentives to encourage people to rent. While our units are nice and cool, not everyone wants to move during a hot summer day. :) You might have checked our pricing during one of our limited time promotions. Hope that helps.
