The onsite manager has been very helpful and has a great personality. The storage is expensive. One thing that should be addressed is the device that we enter the code in on the entrance gate is not very organized it meaning we have to get out of the vehicle to punch the code in. One thing that should be addressed is the device that we enter the code in on the entrance gate is not very ergonomic meaning we have to get out of the vehicle to punch the code in. You cannot pull up close enough to it because of the curb. The exit keypad causes of death have to do all kind of maneuvering to get to it but at least we can punch it in from the car.
