I was researching who in my area had the best deal for storage. For the same size unit (5x10), Safeguard was considerably lower. This may be due to they are a newer facility and are not full. I LOVE the security at this facility to keep your belongings very secure. You must use either your keyfob or code to enter the building and again to access the elevators. The enhanced security is even better by the elevator knowing which floor your unit is on so you can't access another floor that isn't where your belongings are. (i.e. Storage unit on 2nd floor --- elevator won't allow you to access 3rd floor). Very happy so far.
