I am so please with friendly, kind, welcoming service I received at this Public Storage facility. Cindy was so kindhearted and caring. My truck was late, so I could not make it to the storage on time. She called me to check that I was still interested in the storage and to remind me that the storage closes at 5:00 P.M. However, it was 4:55 ans I was several minute from the facility. I had my things on the truck headed there. I asked her to kindly wait for me and she did. Cindy was pleasure, very professional and understanding. I cannot tell you how this Lady made my day!; after being tired and hungry. I highly recommend this facility. Sometime, we forget how hard it is for people in customer service positions. The disrespect and brutality they endure because they are not able to give everyone what they want only because they do not have the power to do so. For that reason, I needed to take the time to write this review. I truly appreciate the kindness and understanding and outstanding service I received. Thank you, Cindy.
