The owners state they dont know you
When i presented by reservation, the owners stated that they are not now and have never been associated with your company. They did not honor the $1 move in fee and they required a full months rental and a $20 key deposit.. They did not have any record of my reservation and had to make arrangements to locate a locker for me. They are nice people but stated that they will need to speak with you as they do not know anything about your organization.
