Public Storage - Miami - 10460 SW 72nd Street

I was in storage unit B255 for almost six months. Sandy the property manager was very sweet and kind since she took over as the new property manager. The units are very clean and safe. I recommend this storage facility.

This facility was clean, accessible, and very reasonably priced. All staff I interacted with was professional, courteous, and communicated very well. I'd like to highlight Sandy and Josephine in particular, Sandy being the property manager. These ladies were very helpful, and helped me to move out quickly and efficiently when I was ready. Highly recommended for storage needs.

Received a call from Sandy A. post Hurricane Irma to advise that there was water damage in the building where my unit was located and that there would be help onsite to assist with any moving that needed to be done. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Sandy A. with a smile and she did everything to accommodate my needs and that of other customers as well. She was very patient, as was the rest of the staff. It made the situation of having to move/dispose contents from my unit to another unit seamless considering all the work that needed to be done. If only all businesses provided this same type of customer service!
