Great customer service, Netta took good care of me and showed me the available spaces, and completed my reservation for me. Keep in mind this is first come first serve, regardless of the online reservation.

Just rented a unit in Marana and to e ease off it was amazing. After moving cross country to come here the manager John was so helpful Sam’s understanding. He took the time to help us get the right unit and even walked us to it and answered all our questions with patience and understanding. John thank you so much for all your help!!!!

Public Storage – Farmingville, NY Much gratitude to Alex, John, Samantha, and Britney (Brianna?) for taking the time to meet with me at this location and carefully going through all the fine print. Your professionalism and patience were truly appreciated. This is not a reflection of the staff; however, it would be extremely helpful to have someone consistently present in the office during daytime hours. I was informed that corporate frequently moves managers between multiple locations, which made communication understandably frustrating. Aside from this issue, the process itself was seamless, and the staff did an excellent job under the circumstances. — B. Matos
