While I was waiting for the manager, Kareen ….whom I had been speaking with on the phone — actually connected directly to the monitor in the office. How cool was that? Not only did I hear from her quickly, but she was able to transfer and speak with me right away. She was absolutely amazing and so pleasant. She provided all the details I needed before making my decision and made the entire process feel smooth and quick. I couldn’t believe how efficiently she connected with me. Such a great experience.

Excellent customer service and support! Storage place is okay and has an easy access. It's hard to get a cart as they have limited quantity (I think 2 only). And, unfortunately you can't go to your unit before 6 am, and after 9 pm 😞

Everyone at public storage here in midtown is amazing. Shoutout to William and the team, they were super professional, explained everything to me, helped me get a great unit at half the price of a local other storage facility. This place is nice, clean, well air conditioned. Everything here is great it’s a no brainer if you need storage here especially since they stay open till 9pm which is later than the average 6pm

Amazing costumer service. The manager William is truly awesome. He goes out of his way for everyone he comes across and his staff is so pleasant and just as helpful. Being from Miami I don’t see this type of customer service much. You guys are great! Thank you
