Outstanding service from Octavio! I’ve had a unit at Public Storage for over a year while I was away in California, and everything was perfect when I returned. Octavio has been incredibly helpful the entire time. He made sure I stayed on top of my payments so I never risked losing my storage, and he always provided great customer service. Really appreciate his professionalism and support—definitely deserves 5 stars!

DO NOT GET STORAGE HERE WE WENT HERE. I rented out a storage because they were on a sale and 2 years later, raise the storage without saying a single word I went to go talk to the manager and he did not answer me. I left him multiple voicemails and then I let it continued. I continue to pay the higher price for about another six months when I went to move out, I moved all my stuff out, notified them that I was moving out. And after that, I had forgotten a lock on the storage I was not aware so I went to go talk to the property manager about it. They proceeded to tell me to come on Thursday, which I did and I stood outside for a while, called them left them a voicemail and they never called me back. This place does not know how to resolve issues and I very highly recommend to not waste your money here they up your rent without saying a word and they do not answer their phones after you buy the storage unit And I got charged for a whole other month.
