I arrived at this place and no one was available. Yes it was office hours . About half an hour later even after contacting rental storage of America they could not contact him even through his cell phone. This is not my disgust my discuss with having to reserve a rental unit of 5 ft x 10 ft and then asking to be shown at 5 ft × 15 ft and being asked how long I was going to keep the unit multiple times and multiple times I told them that I would have the unit until the 30% off special was available. I then became frustrated and had to leave because the person that I called and operator from storage rental of America would not speak to Juan and agree to what they were trying to offer me. He kept saying that the system was not working right that there was a mix-up. I am sorry but the service was so confusing he did not want to rent and that's what I got from it the experience was terrible I was being given the runaround. Even after calling the main office. I went in thinking I was going to get a rental space and left having to feel very neglected by office and by staff.

Staff was very helpful! The process to start my move was quick and easy!
