I was in a bind, and needed a storage room, immediately. The only garage available, was in the heat of the sun, all day, it was a bad choice. Mark, the attendant at this location asked me if I would consider a unit they had trouble renting, because it was built out with shelves, so I agreed to take a look. This turned out to be the best suggestion anyone could have made, and I love the unit, it is 100% perfect for what I needed. If anyone needed to meet a person who is there to help the customer, Mark went above and beyond for this client, and I intend to keep the unit for as long as I am the owner of the Godswill Donations and Thrift Store, at 4231 N Dixie Highway, in Oakland Park. Needs some work
However, the parking lot needs to be vacuumed not blown. All that does is blow dirt and dust into the storage units. You need to have a vacuum truck come 2X week. Also, the entire property needs to be locked, so that homeless on bikes cannot ride into the facility. Why not raise everyone's rent by $10.00 a month, and hire a security firm to patrol the property and stay open until 10:00 PM. Security could work from 10PM to 6AM with two security guards.
