I was transferring from an existing unit to a new larger one and she made sure to get it as close as possible to the current one. This made moving the contents much quicker. This public storage was great in 2022 after we had to emergency move out after Hurricane Ian flooded my house, so we utilized them again in 2024 after our A/C unit leaked and caused up to rip our entire flooring and emergency move out again. However, 2024 was a way worse experience. The office and the garage doors are always closed with no customer service around to assist despite their office hours claiming they are open. I have seen on of their workers “on the clock” but standing at her car playing on her phone during office hours. There are things that have been broken and not fixed the entire time we rented our unit, which was about 6 months. A exit sign that’s been hanging by wires, only 1 elevator works, and some alarm that constantly screams in the electrical room. On the last month we were renting our unit the only change we saw was they bought two extra flatbeds. With no warning, we were also told to move our moving truck out of the loading bay immediately because they needed to close the loading doors on a 3pm on a Sunday… The final straw was when we were told our rent was increasing over $100 in less than a months notice… we moved out immediately because an increase for things to still not be fixed is crazy. We will not be renting from this public storage building in the future.

Thank you Letty for being professional and opening my lock in front of me after I got my unit. She is the first person since going to the new system to actually do that. Everyone else just says here's the code and that's it. I appreciate that she did that to make sure everything went smoothly. She was very nice and kept a very clean facility!

Did research on this place before choosing it and was hoping for the best. I was greeted by Letty who was wonderful. She took her time giving me the tour of each unit and finding me the best fit for my needs. Even helped me practice the lock a few times to ensure I could do it on my own. After reading these reviews I'd like to help others. 1. The "rental office" is mislabeled. It's not on the side street but located in the back. I thought just like the others here that thought "it was locked "-but I was at the wrong entrance. 2. Around the back has two pull in, covered areas for easy off loading. If these are ever closed there's a side door there for easy access for after hours, or lunch frame assistance. 3. Download the app! It makes getting in much easier and is easy to navigate. It also helps with the elevator access. Thank you Letty for a great chat and excellent customer service!
