To me, first impressions are extremely important and my first experience with Erick at Public Storage absolutely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I called to discuss their options to finalizing the sale, Erick provided me with a level of professionalism that set the standard. I will recommend this facility to my friends, family, and colleagues.

This property located at 5900 Lakehurst is not only well kept but the customer service is through the roof! Yolanda (my favorite) has saved my butt countless times by staying late, going above and beyond to resolve any issue and ALWAYS wearing a huge smile! I've been frustrated because of my own errors and she gracefully handles them. You all have a rockstar on your hands. She's even skipped her lunch to help me get into my unit and patiently waited as I solved my credit card issue. I frequently forget my gate code and she always helps me find it. I've had a unit here for the last 2 years and won't go anywhere else. It's conveniently located for me and in a safe area. Thanks for everything!
