I think the young lady who took care of...Lori...

I think the young lady who took care of me when I first got the storage unit less than a month ago, was mild mannered, very professional, and efficient employee of publicStorage. I told her what I needed, she showed me options, and was not a bit pushy toward a more expensive unit than what I knew I needed. I think PublicStorage as a whole, should feel lucky to have such a good and professional employee, because these days it's not easy to find such a well rounded individual. She would be an asset to any company that is fortunate enough to have her. Thanks again Lori for all your help. I only needed the unit for one month...

I only needed the unit for one month but when I came in to reserve on 6/2 and only needed until 7/2, I was told that I would have to pay for an entire month if not out by the 1st. This does not seem right to me so I had to re do the reservation for 6/5 and am hoping that I do not get charged for a full month since I will still not be out until the 2nd of July. The person who checked me in on 6/5 was very professional, kind and personable!

I was able to rent with Marisol. It was a wonderful experience. She was able to show us the parking space and we were able to choose what works for us. She was friendly and kind. The whole process was seamless and quick.

The Manager at the unit is very nice , she care for the people that have units there. Marisol at aircenter ct has the storage very clean and is always with a smile on her face that is nice to see . Keep up the good work Marisol she is a keeper. God bless you always 🙏 Edwin Agosto

Marisol was amazing! We lost the keys to our unit and normally it takes weeks to get locks drilled, which would’ve totally messed up our move. She noticed the Public Storage locksmith was already coming that day and added our request last minute—literally a couple hours before closing. She even called us after they closed to let us know the locks were drilled and put temporary ones on for us. Then the next morning she came in early, before her shift, to help us get in so we could meet the movers on time. She really didn’t have to do any of that, but she cared and made sure everything worked out. We felt so taken care of and would definitely choose this location again if Marisol is here.
