I have been a Customer at Babcock Storage since 2023 and have no complaints whatsoever. This property is well maintained, super clean restrooms and well lit secure grounds. No matter what time of the day I have felt safe going in and out of this property. Customer Service is truly outstanding. Laurie the Property Manager is amazing. Always professional, friendly, and respectful. Her calm demeanor helped reduce the stress of me downsizing units. There has never been a time when she has not gone over and beyond to assist me. No need for me go anywhere else . I am thankful.

Best business storage facility I’ve ever came across! They are extremely convenient with their 24 hour access plus It was always clean and well kept the Front office staff are amazing and extremely helpful with anything you may need I would recommend this facility for anyone looking for a place to have their business or just for some extra storage they have all sizes and even climate control units if you need them. Five stars in two thumbs up!!

The account set up and move in was very easy. While having my unit for one year the staff was always friendly and polite. They were understanding when the bill was late due to paycheck not lining up with due date. The bathroom was always clean. The other customers renting there were also friendly. I recommend renting here if you have a small business or just need a place to store items.
