I wish to compliment George on his speed of check-in. My movers were able to move my belongings into the unit while I completed the transaction with George.

Called to confirm my rental and was told to stop in previous to storing my items. On duty rep was very friendly and courteous. He knew his job very well and answered all my questions in a complete manner. He also took the time to confirm that I knew the operations, door codes and small need-to-know things about the unit. Very well done!!!
