Rats and roaches. Mattress also had mold on it. Filing a claim. Beware. My brand new couch that I only had for a couple months has stain and holes with cotton sticking out. Sad because I wrapped it in plastic as much as I can. Gross.

This Public Storage was an amazing experience one I was broke down for three weeks at Home Depot Around the corner sleeping in my car trying to get a mechanic to work on my vehicle but the repairs were hard and difficult to find anyone that would want to do them so during my weight, I was able to store all my personal private and valuable belongings in the storage close around where my car was, but then walking distance, which made it feasible for me to go back-and-forth to get things that I needed daily. Michael was very understanding and very compassionate and provided a professional and excellent customer service to efficient accommodate all my needs I would refer this location and the service to anyone especially in a distress situation. Thank you again for all that your kindness and support at Public Storage for rescuing me James Tennessee

Michael and their district manager helped me through a challenging problem signing up for a rental unit today. They were persistent and did not let any system issues or restrictions prevent them from honoring my promotion and getting me moved into a suitable unit. Moreover, Michael's attitude was fantastic through the whole experience and it did not take long all things considered. I'm looking forward to my time with this facility!

Insanely expensive. When they raised my monthly rent twice in sixth months in 2025, I knew it was time for me to go. Now, on going through my boxes, I am finding several boxes of Christmas decorations and clothes absolutely reek of urine and are covered in rat feces. I was paying for a 10 by 10 indoor, climate controlled unit. I am horrified and disgusted at the amount of money I paid to have my belongings ruined by rats. DO NOT STORE YOUR STUFF HERE!!!

Michael was 1000% amazing. He left his lunch break to help me. He never once made me feel bad even though I felt horrible. He went above and beyond and of course I got the unit. With that service how could I not. 😊 Had to add another comment about Cindy, my storage won’t shut and she is staying past her time to leave to make sure my stuff is ok. I would move it but she witnessed me fill it up and called someone to fix it and stayed past her time to leave. They go the extra mile here
