I absolutely love our local facility. Miss Terri is the sweetest lady you will ever meet if she can help you she will. If you have questions she is there. If you have concerns she is on it . I have never had any issues. I have currently four units that I rent. Always a clean environment never had an issue with any other renters. The ease and access to the facility is so convenient. Not sure what other locations are like but here is first rate.

Hey All! The facility itself is good. I had a climate control unit. The manager was extremely helpful and nice. The reason for me to give it only two stars is because storage Kings corporate policy in renting with them is quite mind-boggling. There must be 15,000 pages of documents, emails and confusion. Once they get you in there system for first time, within a month or two they're going to raise your rates right up and they have some lame excuse as to why they have to increase their rates. Not to mention they only let you rent for 4 months at a time so you have to go through the process over and over again if you rent longer than 4 months which means they have another opportunity to increase their rates. You can't call the corporate office directly it's very rare that you can get a hold of anyone but all I can say is that the manager was exceptional and helpful. The insurance requirements was not sufficient using my homeowner's policy. I ended up having to go to my agent and get a certificate of insurance. I don't think Storage King was the best choice for me. No cash discounts no veterans discounts. For these reasons I cannot recommend Storage King.

We rented an site from here. Lindsey helped us get all the information needed and walked us through everything along with the problems we were having on the website with booking it. I greatly appreciate businesses having people as knowledgeable and friendly as she was.

At first I was very excited based on the reviews but it seemed a bit unorganized at first. I didn’t get the unit I was quoted. The owner is as sweet as yall say. She reached out promptly to clear things up. Unfortunately due to the constant miscommunications and pressuring emails sent in jest (such as claims of erroneous payments or missing insurance) as opposed to courtesy calls. The first few times I let it slide off my back but I’ve persistently gotten the short end of the stick while renting here. The wrong unit , bugs, and digital annoyances. It’s too much especially since I’m not local. I’ve opted to use another storage service.

The facility is clean and secure. Online rental is smooth and Terri is very friendly and takes care of anything you need quickly.
