Extra Space Storage - 3134 - Pompano Beach - Atlantic Blvd

I rented at Life Storage in Pompano Beach because it is close to where I live, and the pricing and incentives were great. The saleman I spoke to on the phone answered all my questions, and I had ALOT of them. Then I went there and met Mark the manager, and booked a unit. He was friendly, corteous, informative and very helpful. I got a perfect unit at a great price. Very happy I rented there.

I compared Uncle Bob's in Pompano Beach to many other storage sites and was pleased with the price. It's not as new and high-tech as some other facilities, but why pay for "fancy" when it comes to storage? I was extremely pleased with staff member Penny, who not only helped me select an appropriate unit but also was incredibly patient, kind and enthusiastic despite it being the end of her work day. (I arrived at closing time but didn't feel rushed.) My only criticism is that the gate should allow just one vehicle to go in and out at one time so that a driver without an entry code can't slip into the facility while an Uncle Bob's customer exits.
