Cassie was awesome. The whole process of finding the right spot to store our RV and then renting it couldn’t have gone better. Cassie is a rockstar. So my sense is that hiring outstanding staff is best thing that Smart Stop is doing.

This was an easily maneuvered process. The assistant was very kind, patient and informative. It was concluded very quickly. I was extremely pleased.

The manager Nakia was very welcoming and helpful, she explained everything about the lease and what's expected. The facility was very clean. She also helped me with the uhaul rental. I was very impressed with the services especially coming from another storge facility that does not have staff on site.
