When I respond, "I don't need insurance, it's only stuff," I am told, "You have to buy insurance." Have you heard about the class action suit that has been brought against Public Storage alleging that Public Storage retains 75% of all Insurance monies taken from clients? It would seem that Greed and Dishonesty is standard practice for this company. Whatever happened to treating people with respect and decency? Oh yes, I will be sorting that stuff out very soon thereby ending my need to use a storage unit.
