Sam was phenomenal, great service, highly recommend this facility! HOWEVER, it definitely need some basic and easy upkeep which I emailed to Sam, the manager with pictures: 1. There was a good amount of garbage and litter that needs picking up and maintained regularly. 2. Definately new fresh yellow paint on all the 4 foot faded yellow posts as well as the locker doors that are faded.

Sam helped my wife and I when we got there to be able to get our unit, lock and in such a timely manner. He was very friendly, helpful and made sure we were able to get all information we might need. Don’t normally use storage units and since we are from out of town he made the process quick and easy. Highly recommend you speak with Sam from Storage King USA, he’s awesome.

I came on two separate occasions and both Employee's were great! They let me look at several units to find what worked best for me. And then the next day leasing the unit went over without a hitch!
