I have been renting with Public Storage for years and it has always been an excellent experience. The property is clean, safe, and easy to access. Sabrina is incredible. She is friendly, professional and always willing to help with anything I need. Every time I come in or call, Sabrina and others anre accommodating and kind. I always feel safe coming here even nighttime. Highly recommend this location!!

I don’t visit my unit often. Turns out, these units are rat invested. Rat poop everywhere. The ceiling insulation and door paint are deteriorating and falling on top of everything. All of my belongings are either filthy or destroyed. Upon relocating to an indoor, climate controlled unit nearby for half the price, I found a smelly, dead rat inside my unit. When I was in the office cancelling my monthly rental, no one asked why I was leaving — clearly they have a steady stream of new customers and don’t care. There are way better (and cheaper) options in South Tampa.
