Location is convenient
Had trouble on day 2 with gate access. There had been a power outage and once restored, the computer system had to be rebooted. We had a very difficult time trying to find a phone number to contact to get help. There should be an emergency contact listed on the front door of the facility since the office is closed over the weekend.

Manager's Response

Please accept our apologies, we did have a power outage that day, which was out of our control. We do monitor the voice mails and did call and have an employee run over on Sunday to get the system up and running to allow you into the gate. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience.
Steep price increases
They raise their prices every six months. Started at $69, now paying $129. This increase is in a three and a half year time frame.
