I have had very mixed experiences at this Public Storage location. The newest on-site manager has been wonderful with customer service. She personally and quickly replaced a broken plate on my door that prevented my unit from locking securely, and I appreciated how fast and proactive she was. She’s often on site and is always friendly, professional, and always seems to be working on something for customers. I learned that she had her work pretty cut out for her when she came onto this location. Unfortunately, the condition of the outdoor units is a completely different story (see photos). I understand that there is some inherent risk with outdoor-facing storage, but I currently rent two units here and both have consistent and significant pest issues. I find rat droppings every time I visit, usually one to two times per week. I have found chewed boxes and baskets and even had stored items damaged. This has been an ongoing problem and it happens regardless of how clean and orderly I keep the units. On top of that, the property maintenance practices make the situation worse. I personally witnessed the grounds team blowing piles of leaves directly into the doorways of the outdoor units. These doors are not sealed well at all. After waiting about 20 minutes for them to finish, I opened my unit to find belongings coated in dirt and dead leaves. Clothing stored in open-top containers was covered in debris. I have kept a broom in the unit for months because I could never figure out why it got so dirty inside. Seeing the leaf blowing explained it very clearly. It seems like common sense that if the doors are not sealed tight like a home or garage door, the grounds crew should not be blasting debris straight into them. A simple push broom pass along the doorways before leaf blowing would likely prevent this and be more efficient overall. Even with several people working, they continued at the same slow pace despite seeing that I was waiting. If you rent an outdoor unit here, make sure every single item is fully covered and protected because the door alone will not keep out dirt, debris or pests. For a combined cost of more than 200 dollars per month, I expected cleaner and more sanitary conditions. Another major concern is the pricing. Since moving in, my monthly rate has increased significantly and not just once. I started at around 120 dollars per month for both units. Now I am paying close to 100 dollars more. Every time I ask about the fluctuations, I am told it is based on demand, but there is no transparency to support that explanation. The on-site manager has explained that she has no control over pricing and I do not fault her for that. However, it is very frustrating as a customer to watch rates jump with no real reasoning and no clear answers from corporate. For what I am experiencing with pests, debris and the lack of protection from outdoor elements, these price increases feel completely unjustified. If Public Storage is going to raise prices this dramatically, the minimum they should provide is fairness, transparency and a storage environment that does not damage the items I am paying to store. Corporate has also been extremely difficult to reach. When I have finally gotten someone on the phone, it has involved long holds, transfers and even disagreements about what I owe. Posting this review seems like the only way to get visibility and hopefully some resolution or compensation for these ongoing issues. Although it seems to be a pattern here that they only respond to positive reviews. In that case, store with caution.

Great Customer Service experience. Remember her name. Her name is "Mo". I contacted customer service to scheduled a site visit to a property near my home. After the call ends, I get a call back from a lady named Mo. The previous customer service rep had set me up with a site visit to a property that does not have any employees on site. Mo referred to this as a "Kiosk Property". It is self-service ONLY. She directed me to this property where I was able to pick out the unit that worked best for me and my needs. She took the time answer EVERY question that I had from hours of operation, to 24x7 monitoring, to after hours support. Thanks Mo!!!

I had a Storage unit here from August To January, and it was an absolutely amazing experience all around. Very easy to get started and very easy to cancel when it was time to move. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking. Also, Tanisha was absolutely perfect and very helpful every step of the way!!

Mo is excellent and very conscientious. I left my unit unlocked and she called that day to let me know that I needed to lock my unit. Safety is a priority for her. Also the grounds are spotless. Thank you Mo for caring about the safety of our belongings.
