Did not expect to receive such great customer service from this place but when I got there Aisha (the property manager), was a delight! Very well spoken, she genuinely cared about me and my things. Nice upsale Aisha. I do feel more safe and comfortable purchasing your lock I really appreciate the attention you showed me and for making me feel welcome and safe at your location!

Everything went good from my reservation being on time to viewing my storage to help with the promotion of items. After leaving and coming back had a little hard time getting in the gate but someone was there to help me so that made it good.
