We had excellent customer service and assistance after a very stressful move to Georgia it was a relief to get a storage unit here.

I rented a unit online and went to complete the paperwork the same day. The receptionist, Christy, was so sweet and helpful. The computer system was having issues and she was on the phone with someone getting help. However, she did not ignore myself or the other gentleman in the lobby. She kept us updated on the computer status and apologized many times. Even the day I moved in, I called her three times to get help with the lock. Her voice indicated a smile on her face and not once did I feel like I bothered her. Thank you Mrs. Christy for making this an effortless transaction and for keeping our 'things' safe in storage.
