Public Storage - Lawrenceville - 495 Buford Dr

Per, account#: 53477705, space#'s 523/622, move-in date, Weds., Sept. 23, 2020, 495 Buford Dr., Lawrencevile, GA 30046. My credit card was charged, $297.08. I was over-charged for insurance, $15(monthly/$5,000 Limit). This insurance, is not needed, because, my Insurance Company, USAA, covers, all my items in storage. I didn't use your storage unit, from, Weds., Sept. 23, 2020-Fri., Sept. 25, 2020. You, can check the cameras & entrance/exit key entry codes, for verification. I cancelled my policy on, Fri., Sept. 25, 2020. I was only promised a refund of, $79.20. Since, I never used the facility, at all, in 2-days, I'm requesting my total refund of, $297.08. I tried, numerous times to contact the, General Manager, Mr. Colin Nattras, 678-666-4130, Ext.#2087 Left, numerous phone messages, but, we kept missing each other.
