Needs improvement
When I first arrived at self storage it was decent. The guys were helpful and prices are decent. The improvement is needed in customer service regarding that they close earlier and open later than they advertised. The place is clean always but, its not professional at all more like a mom and pops experience.

Late in the day and other locations closed with a full personal truck of the person help me move my items, no where else to takke it. The building had rat droppings all over, as well as in the storage I got with ants in it, and floor could have been swept. They did let me use the broom to sweep myself.
