Kayla has been just awesome at customer service. I've used this location for temporary storage on and off for several years. It's super convenient for items I want quick access to, since I live basically next door in LWW. I also have another extra-large unit (10x20) on New Forsyth Road for my larger items. All the different representatives I've dealt with have been friendly and helpful. However, I do have to say Kayla has been the best. She helped me get the unit I wanted since it was one I had used before. She is quick and profession when I go in the office to make my payments. And she just now saved me from being late with her kind and gentle reminder that payment was due. I really appreciate her professionalism. 5 Stars - Highly Recommend.
