Just starting to rent from Public Storage and I am quite happy with the customer service I received from Victoria at the Princess Anne facility. She was complete in explaining to me what is expected from me as a customer and what to expect from Public Storage as a storage facility. I am pleased with the initial state of this relationship. Good management, professional and I feel safe

While easy to sign up and start the process, it was distressing to find out that my first payment was 50% more than what I expected. It was Not Disclosed that the exclusive lock type was $20 nor was it stated anywhere that I remember that insurance, another $11, was required. The client in the space next to mine arrived while I was loading my unit, and she complained that her unit was full of ants, and she showed her unit to me. Even though she had sprayed insecticide the day before, the ants were present in huge numbers. I hope I don't have the same problem.
