When I arrived

When I arrived, apparently the space was no longer available, I the end I was upgraded to a larger space at the same rate. Both Miles and Angela were awesome. Appreciate what they did!!!

Need more and better carts

The facility is easily accessible and relatively inexpensive. My only real complaint is that there are only two cars and they are both in tragic condition. New carts would be much appreciated.

Had a great experience at this location, Janice, MJ, and Cathy were all so pleasant and helpful. There were some issues with the computer and they all work together to resolve it. I hope to continue to do business with them in the future.

It is Christmas Eve and they were open! I was quickly given a reservation to see a unit. Ms.Cathy and Ms.Janice helped me navigate viewing a unit and even when it wasn't the right fit they gave me alternative options at another location with a better deal for me! I immediately purchased and moved forward with the unit. It was a quick process. I appreciate the great customer service and efficiency to help me get this done during the holidays! I highly reccommend!

DO NOT RENT HERE if you want to waste your time trying to get things to your storage unit. The place literally has only TWO carts. The property manager literally lied to my face saying they had four carts, two in the basement that people were using and will bring up shortly and two that I saw people using. Spend 25+ min waiting for the two carts and turns out they only have 2. Called them and they said they cannot control how people use the carts and completely gaslighting me saying she never said there were four carts and now switching to “people hide carts in their unit”. I understand its the weekend and people will be moving in or out but at least be upfront and say there are only two carts so people dont waste their time waiting literally for nothing. Really disappointed.
