While I was very impressed with Mike's knowledge and help in securing the right size storage unit, I was not at all happy with Sharon's attitude and disrespect on moving day. Being at the end of the building and due to the steep grade of the pavement we backed the 20' UHaul up to the unit and pulled the ramp out into the unit making it very easy to unload our truck. We were halfway empty when Sharon arrived in her golf cart and yelled at us to move the truck because we were blocking the entrance to the units. We tried to explain that we were not going to be there much longer, but she was adamant about us moving the truck, giving us a rolling cart and proposing that we use it to move our stuff out onto the cart and wheel the cart into the unit to unload it. Huh!? She insisted we move the truck because she didn't want to have to go all the way around the building in her golf cart to show a potential client a unit. She wasted our time that could have been spent emptying the truck. We did move the truck to her requested position but noticed that now the truck was tilted sideways and we were blocking a fire hydrant. Great! No one else came into the storage area the whole time we finished our moving (with a new attitude) and Sharon's spectacle showed that potential client how unreasonable and inflexible she is. I will not recommend this Public storage facility to my friends.
