Danielle is such a warm and respectful lady. She is always pleasant and eager to help with any issues. She knows me by name which is impressive and makes me feel special. I feel that our valuables are well kept at this facility. Thanks for all you do. :)

I have rented 2 units over the last 3 years. Switching from larger to smaller was seamless, but now I no longer need any. In the 3 yrs there, the facility was always clean and well maintained no matter when I went. I always worked with Danielle who was professional, very personable, and always helpful on the phone or in person (and in person she always greeted me by name!). I lived 32 miles away from the facility but kept my things there. Not only were the prices more reasonable, I was confident of the safety and cleanliness and appreciated Danielle's excellent customer service. Would recommend if needing a unit.

We liked the location. The female manager was very kind, pleasant and knowledgeable. She took time to show our unit and answered all our questions to satisfaction. We felt very confidant in dealing with her. The location is very convenient to us. The facility is well maintained and very clean.
