I have used them before when I moved away from this area. I moved back and didn't think twice about going back to them for my temporary storage needs! Always a pleasure to talk to Fern in the office.

Fast and honest. Like working with them, always quick and easy.

Customer service at my location is top notch. The facilities are adequate. Albeit a little rundown and in need of minor repairs. My biggest complaint, and the reason for the 3 stars. Is there are only 2 dolly carts available. I've come twice, and have had to carry my belongings from the parking lot, to the elevator, and then to my storage unit. What would've taken one trip with a cart. Now takes 3.
