The process for moving in was quick and concise. I was surprised that I had to have a contact and phone number other than my own home phone. That caused a delay I think is not necessary. I don't drive around with a phone or phone book. This ought to be in the initial instructions the company provides when you first reserve. If it is in there it ought to be bold and underlined. The lady who operates this facility is just great at helping out and getting you settled in.

This facility is exceptionally great in that the people in front of me and I were treated exceptionally well. I was shown a unit and the paperwork was painless. Getting through the gate is easier than most other storage places. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend the place to anyone and I have already. Robert Ellis
