Krystal, thank you so much for the kind review. At Trust Storage, we strive to take the stress out of the customers storage experience. We also have a policy to never raise a tenant's rent which we implemented recently after hearing from new customers that they were moving to our facility because they were incensed with our competitors drastic rate increases. Many times, our competitors are manipulating new customers with a "First Month Free" promotion, not realizing that the rate will increase by as much as 30% in the third month!
