Did not work as well

Place is clean room we rented is indoor great to have air. Only would perfer more carts but besides that all good.

Needs many improvements.

Unfortunately, I had no choice to move from another Public Storage facility to this one. I was told that the facility was heated, but it's not. There is no lighting inside the unit. There's an overhead access door however there is no ramp. There are not enough carts, so I had to purchase my own. Poor snow plowing job. Ice everywhere.

They don't plow or throw Ice melt down

I was very disappointed when after a snow and ice storm there was absolutely NO attempt to plow or otherwise make the walkways and driveways safe to walk or drive. This site does have a site manager so its perplexing why they couldn't at least let a snow removal company in through the gate. Had I reviewed the site after this storm and seen how difficult it would be to simply walk into the building I would not have chosen this location.

God bless the Ladies of this Public Storage unit. Responsive and responsible. A particular blessing and praise for Caprice and Meg... These Women make all the difference there. The facility is clean and no break ins or issues to report. I rent multiple units here and will continue to do so! Fantastic to work with!

Megan provided excellent customer service while helping me get set up with a Public Storage unit. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. She took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions. I really appreciated her professionalism and positive attitude. Highly recommend working with Megan!

Customer service makes or breaks the public storage experience and I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at this location! Caprice in particular is a ray of sunshine to work with. She has an upbeat, positive attitude and is very responsive to phone calls and any questions or issues my husband and I have had. We have several units at this property and have never had any issues with security or access. Love them!
