I've had many incidents with customer service where they tell you the wrong information or take too long to give you information that's needed and with Public Storage they made my experience beyond amazing. Both Theresa and Jorge not only just did their job but they made sure what we were purchasing was suitable to my needs. Making me feel comfortable along with knowing that there is tight security where no one can just walk in and out it gave me reassurance that I definitely chose the Right Storage thank you so much for your help and complete honesty along with genuine hospitality!

Had a very pleasant experience and Jesse was a big help to me in getting things worked out with the facility and what needed to be done. I appreciate him going out of his way for me and got me a good deal on the unit.
