Excellent customer service
I recently had to grab a storage unit for about a week due to lease start/end dates. I worked with Edd(ie?)y and he was so friendly and quick that I actually wanted to leave a review. All in all, the whole administrative process took 20 minutes and it was a pleasure. The storage unit is a good unit, and the staff is excellent.

I had assumed that I would need to rent a van for this project. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that Self Storage 1 has a serviceable box truck, which one can use to move in without additional charge. The truck comes with two hand trucks. I canceled the rental reservation. There are a number of flatbed carts available to transport things from the loading area to your space. Our space is on the second floor. Second floor and above are directly accessible by elevator from the loading area. Roll on, roll off. Greg was extremely helpful and friendly. He showed me a variety of spaces, and was informative about details.
