The company is an A Plus company. Laquisha the manager there is 100% the best professional person that I've ever encountered. Laquisha is an amazing person I've been trying to transfer and stop paying over $300 and she found me a space next to mine for $87. She had me in tears because this just saved me so much money. The facility is difficult to get in touch with on the phone. Goes to voicemail. I left a message about a unit I rented and then I was told I needed to move because it was rented to somebody else. I was told they didn't get my message on the phone. Back to again the front end could be run much more effectively. She's a very nice person and maybe your phone system isn't set up properly to address my issue about renting and then having to move to another spot.
