So I had to empty out my storage unit today January 31st before the 1st to avoid being charged. Now to open and see Rat fesis on and inside everything along with their insolation. Is pretty ridiculous given to you charge for 75$ to 102$ after having this unit for one year. No one answering the office phone no one in the office and when heading out a Female Employee cutting off her cigarette to avoid engagement with us while we were leaving the gate. I don't recommend this place let alone Todd sold me the storage unit when I first rented it out said that as long as I don't keep food in the storage my things would be fine. Define fine? When you have to move out no where to throw anything out and think that your suppose to expose your family vehicle to rat fesis & items destroyed. How can you? I'm lost for words. To avoid any hassle or disappointment just make sure you donate or give to someone in need. Renting a space temporarily to end up having to replace everything is a waste of time and money.

denise is the Goat!! greatest of all time she is beyond excellent at what she does. she solves any and all problems and floats between two locations i am so happy she was here today to help me with my move out today and as luck would have it she signed someone else up today so it worked out for everyone involved
